Our annual Excellence Awards, the ‘Jonesies’, recognises the hard work and achievements of individuals who have shone throughout the year. We also promote an open and honest culture throughout the business, with staff newsletters, Management Q&A videos and colleague recognition occurring monthly.
Similarly, our fundraising for various charities, this year Birmingham Children's Hospital and Rainbow's Hospice for Children and Young People, helps us to come together and make a difference to people who need our help the most.
