We're looking for a bright and passionate software developer ideally with experience leading a software development team but we will consider developers who are great with people and aspire to a leadership role.

You'll be a natural communicator and care about developing the skills of the team around you. You must have some experience of working as a back and front end web developer, ideally in an agency environment.

The role includes

  • Leading project delivery as well as being hands-on
  • Managing security of projects
  • Developing the team and conducting regular 1-2-1 meetings with colleagues
  • Development of website functionality in Microsoft C#
  • Adding functionality to Umbraco CMS sites
  • Working with the sales team to explain functionality to clients
  • Managing Microsoft SQL databases
  • Managing websites on Microsoft server and in cloud environments
  • Developing some front end functionality in JavaScript/CSS and related frameworks
