We're looking for a bright and passionate administrative assistant to support our Project Management team. You’ll need an eye for detail, great communication skills and a flair for organisation. We're a creative agency working with corporate clients, so it's an interesting mix of serious and fun.

You'll require strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to engage, persuade and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Attending internal meetings and briefings
  • Implementing mailing processes 
  • Working to timetables and key deadlines
  • Writing minutes of meetings
  • Tracking work through production teams, to ensure deliverables are understood and on schedule 
  • Updating client records
  • General administration (inc. filing, housekeeping of assets, etc)
  • Assisting the Project Managers with internal communications
  • Assisting the Project Managers with  project documentation
  • Maintaining information on our internal project portal

Key skills and attributes:

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to develop your skills and a can-do attitude
  • Good collaboration skills, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience of working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to your work
  • Good eye for detail with high quality standards
  • Experience of working with Word, Excel and Google applications is desirable
  • GCSE minimum grade 5 in English Language and Maths, or equivalent qualifications

Remuneration
