Fidus web technology and CMS systems

Overview

Achieving great communications is a complex task, why make the process any more difficult than it needs to be.

Firstly, we aim to empower our clients through a great user experience,  using our software that does not make you think about the technology, just about your business objectives.

Secondly, we aim to deliver flexibility, through the use of industry standard Microsoft platforms and universally approved communication protocols, we ensure you are not locked in. Instead you are open to all kinds of possibilities.

Usability

To really get a feel for how easy the software is to use you should talk to our existing clients, indeed we encourage you to do so. Borrowing from the Pareto principle we have taken the view that 80% of the day to day changes you make are actually quite simple, as such, these features are intuitive and easily accessible. The other 20% can be done by us or the client if they are of a more technical bent.

Flexibility

There are two key aspects of flexibility with regard to web technologies, the first is aesthetics, whilst you may be happy with your website when it first launches, a fresh layout or colour scheme a year later could be very complex unless you have separated all of the content from the layout. Our systems allow visual updates to be applied globally or locally across multiple pages, this is commonly known as 'skinning' or 'themes' but is vital if you have more than just a few pages.

The second area of flexibility is in the sources of data that can be displayed on the site. Again, our technology is designed from the ground up to accept the types of corporate data you may wish to include. Whether you want market data, feeds from internal KPI's or product information automatically updated, we can handle it all.
