This year, Cookson Group plc wanted their Online Annual Report to be the main focus of their investor relations communications, balanced with an informative and effective printed reporting document.
Overall, the reporting style of the Annual Report was simplified to produce more user friendly and readable information, which was signposted to additional detail available online. The result was a more focused, lighter and simpler report, which offered cost reductions in terms of production and postage.
By comparison, whilst following the printed style, the Online Annual Report featured additional content, photography and graphical images.
