Brasserie Bar Co plc appoints Jones and Palmer

Jones and Palmer are delighted to announce that we have been chosen by  Brasserie Bar Co plc to produce their 2010 Annual Report.  The company operates within the premium casual dining and drinking market in the UK and comprises two formats: Brasserie Blanc, the French brasserie business inspired by internationally renowned, Michelin star rated chef Raymond Blanc and White Brasserie Company, a quality pub dining business blending the standards of Brasserie Blanc in local settings in the south of England.  The group trade from almost 10 sites and aims to open around six establishments per year from 2011 onwards.
