Jones and Palmer introduce C.A.R.E. plan

At Jones and Palmer we continually seek to increase our customers’ satisfaction and ensure our high quality standards are tightly controlled.  To this end, we have recently introduced our C.A.R.E. plan which seeks to recognise and reward employees who are able to add value and improve efficiency.
