Dragon Oil appoints Jones and Palmer

Dragon Oil plc is an independent oil and production company.  Having successfully completed their corporate and investor relations website, we are delighted to announce that Jones and Palmer have now been appointed to produce both their 2008 printed annual report and online annual report.
