People and Management - Our Human Capital

Our management team is carefully chosen to represent the company from a strategic position; the team is responsible for reporting to our shareholders. We run an annual strategic planning process and review our objectives, goals and marketplace on a regular basis. Our management team is also responsible for cascading the strategic plan into operational objectives, with the sales and marketing team responsible for the marketing plan. Every member of staff is responsible for their part in achieving our operational objectives, as well as understanding and working in conjunction with our team values. Our team values encompass the way we work internally with our colleagues and teams.
