Quality

We are focused on achieving and sustaining the highest quality standards possible.

We are active members of the British Quality Foundation and are working towards achieving Recognised for Excellence status based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model. We were recognised and awarded the Committed to Excellence 2* Standard in January 2016 and are looking to achieve Recognised for Excellence status by January 2018.

As part of this journey we have put in place a Quality Management System that has been produced in line with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and achieved accreditation in November 2015. We are currently working towards achieving the ISO 27001 accreditation, which we expect to start January 2017, and we have met the requirements for and been certified Investors in People for more than a decade.

Quality Policy

We have ensured that our quality policy is consistent with the purpose and context of our organisation. It provides a framework for the setting and review of objectives, in addition to our commitment to satisfy applicable customers’, regulatory and legislative requirements as well as our commitment to continually improve our management system.

We have committed to achieving continual improvement across all aspects of our quality management system; it is one of our main annual objectives.

Evidence-based decision making

As an organisation we have committed to only make decisions relating to our QMS following an analysis of relevant data and information.
